Order Status Request Form To check the status of an order that was already placed please read the following then complete the requested information in the form below.  Order Shipping Please allow two to four weeks for delivery Orders under 150 lbs. generally take 5 - 10 business days (FedEx or Ups) Orders over 150 lbs. generally can take 2 to 4 weeks (sometimes longer if items is out of stock) Delivery Time We generally ship all approved orders within 3 business days, and shipping takes between one to four weeks for delivery (in the continental US) depending on the final destination. For custom "Design your Own" orders, please allow additional time for your unit to be assembled. If your order will not be delivered within this time, you will be notified shortly after we process your order. If delivery time is important, please contact us for current shipment status. We will not be able to provide any tracking information until 3 weeks have past from order date. Most items ship via  freight, which typically takes longer than the smaller UPS shipping items.
